We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative individual who will take our already strong Amazon business to the next level. You will play a key role in driving sales and creating a best-in-class customer experience on Amazon by monitoring the activity.
You will shine in the following responsibilities :
- In charge of the whole Amazon Europe business (8 countries in total).
- Develop and execute the global Amazon business plan around seasonal trends and internal business targets.
- Manage an Amazon Marketing Specialist, in charge of the operational topics (content, advertising, merchandising, reviews, etc.).
- Drive product launches on Amazon in collaboration with the Amazon Marketing Specialist.
- Provide the sales team with consistent KPI reporting and valuable sales insights.
- Manage sales forecasts, stock levels, and logistic topics.
- Negotiate the deals (schedule, fundings, visibility).
- The successful candidate will BE motivated by an entrepreneurial, fast-paced and highly challenging environment.
You are completely at ease with Amazon Vendor Central, and have a good knowledge of Amazon Advertising tools (AMS, Ads). We're looking for a top-tier candidate with a minimum of 5 years' experience in Amazon business.
The ideal candidate has successfully managed world class retail/etail channels with a substantial P&L. Current or previous experience at Amazon is a must.
Exceptional interpersonal skills : ability to build relationships with multiple departments, levels of management, and external stakeholders.
Expert in Excel and ability to automatize processes and create new ones.
Master's degree in marketing/business/eCommerce.
Complete English fluency is necessary.
Position is based in Paris so proficiency in French is a valuable asset.
