Senior Commercial Marketing Manager – Pricing Expert


NXP Business Line Advanced Analog (BL AA) is a leader in automotive, industrial, IoT and mobile semiconductor solutions. BL AA Central Marketing is responsible for deploying go to market strategies globally to increase our market share in collaboration with the BL AA Product Lines, NXP Sales teams and Distribution Network.


We are looking for an senior professional with strong analytical skills and interest in driving operational excellence by enabling a data driven way of working in the commercial marketing team of Business Line Advanced Analog. The commercial marketing teams key tasks are quoting, planning & forecasting in close cross-functional alignment with multiple stakeholders across the organization. We are a young and dynamic team working at the heartbeat of an exciting industry.


The position is available at our locations in Nijmegen, Eindhoven, Toulouse or Hamburg.


Your tasks



Member of the Business Line Advanced Analog (BL AA) Commercial marketing team


Responsible for cross Product Line (PL) value added product & system pricing (i.e. system bundle deals, cross product line quotes & contracts), including counsel for strategic commercial sourcings and complex pricing matters


Responsible for annual price negotiation strategy and execution cross product lines and customers


Interface to account teams / sales, customers and stakeholders within and outside of BL AA, with option for WW travel for customer visits and regional stakeholders  


Create and implement overarching (price) optimization processes across PLs to increase team performance and efficiency


Benchmark pricing practice / philosophy: lead by example and facilitate cross PL learnings and best practice sharing


Responsible for internal commercial reporting and price data management



Key skills & competencies



Technical or Business Master degree


Solid experience (5-10 yrs) in Commercial marketing in a technical environment / customer facing roles


Strategic thinking, strong analytical skills and proven negotiation skills


Strong expertise in Product & System Pricing


Knowledge/Interest in technology and systems applications is a plus


Excellent communication & presentation skills on tactical as well as executive level (internally & externally)


Strong analytical capabilities, with a sense for numbers and continuous process improvements


Hands-on mentality to drive topics pro-actively

Contract: This is a full-time position with a permanent contract. However, we are open to discuss a part-time opportunity (between 32 and 38 hours) as well.
