Responsibilities
Promotes and sells agreed products to the customer base within the defined territory Supplies product and clinical information to the customer which will promote/achieve the optimum usage and sales of the agreed products Provides all necessary training for the customer to facilitate the usage and sale Plans and manages time and resources to optimize effective selling time Keeps detailed records of each customer, key named individuals and all relevant demographic and sales data Maintains effective relationships with key influencers and decision makers in each account Maintains detailed knowledge and awareness of the competition at individual hospital/regional level Ensures timely and effective feedback on sales opportunities and risks to existing business, together with feedback on opportunities relevant to the company's future growth Organizes and holds workshops in own territory, in collaboration with Customer Service and Warehouse Liaises with the QA department regarding any quality issues raised by customers Plans and executes Training & Education for customers and employees (esp. sales) Negotiates terms inside the approved scope Provides regular forecasts and other reports upon requestYour Qualifications
Education and Language skills:
Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Sales Administration, Marketing, Business or equivalent work experience with technical and or administrative training Good English, Any other language is beneficial Preferably resident in Montpellier- Nimes areaBusiness skills:
Min. 2 years of experience in a sales capacity, in the Medical Device Industry Track Record in the industry, experience with tenders if applicable Operating Room, field support experienceComputer skills:
Must be adept in use of Microsoft Office 2010 or later, database, internet and e-mail CRM toolsOther requirements:
Excellent face-to-face communicator The ability to read, analyze and interpret business documents, procedures, periodicals and professional journals The ability to develop and write procedures, reports and correspondence relating to a broad range of professional activities Negotiation skills The ability to understand and explain complex issues to a diverse population The ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex or controversial topics to a diverse internal or external population Independent work style, self-starter mentality
