Become a part of the unique alloy – Outokumpu, the worldwide leader in stainless steel.We are currently missing an exact component to complete our Inside Sales team’s composition in Paris (Alfortville).RESPONSIBILITIESBe in charge of a portfolio of customers, both in direct mill sales and in local distribution (service centre, based in Alfortville) with regular contact with them.Preparation and follow-up of offers, in cooperation with the field sales staff, and with our "supply chain" services for the delivery of deadlines.Follow-up and consolidation of data from the customer relationship management system (CRM).Receiving, checking and entering customer orders, or forwarding orders to our Customer Care platform.Follow-up on the progress of customer contracts.Registration of complaints and monitoring of their progress with our technical teams.Assembling customer invoices with delivery notes, dispatching to departments, enveloping.Other tasks assigned by the line manager.REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree or technical diploma.Fluent French (written & verbal), English level B1 or higher.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams).Experience of SAP type systems (or other ERP).Commercial experience in the B2B field – at least 2-3 years, including apprenticeship.Customer awareness.Good interpersonal skills and sense of service.Flexibility and ability to work in a matrix organization.Rigour in work, respect for confidentiality and discretion.Analytical skills and ability to manage emergencies.Reactivity, autonomy while being accountable.Writing skills and ability to summarize.This position is based at our site in Paris (Alfortville), France, and reports to the Head of Direct Sales.We strive for an organization that is characterized by diversity, and we welcome all applicants who meet our requirements regardless of gender, age, or ethnic background.If this role has awakened your interest, please apply and submit your resume in English before October 3, 2022 and join us in working towards a world that lasts forever!The position might be filled before the final application date, so don't hesitate to apply earlier.For information regarding the role please contact Anita Berlioz, Direct Sales Sector Head, via email at: A.Berlioz@outokumpu.comFor information regarding the recruitment process please contact Egle Katinaite-Griskeviciene, HR Specialist Recruiter, via email at: Egle.Griskeviciene@outokumpu.com
