The Role:
In this position you will lead, drive and manage your region and sales objectives for new investment, run rate and new customers in the Fluid Technology business unit, serving Fuels an Chemical, including Chemicals, Oil and Gas, polymer, Specialty chemicals, Refinery, and engineering company in the large Eastern part of France .
In this exciting role you are able to layout the footprint of the position, and with your passion for sale and technology you drive and manage the FT (Fluids Technology) market in France, to the next level.
The role requires 60-70% (3/4 days a week) travel within your region.
Responsibilities:
Lead, drive and manage your region as an entrepreneur
o Grow Fluids Technology Market in Eastern part of France, working directly with the End User and third parties in France by coordinating with Pall Team: Inside Sales, Customer Service, Technical Services, and Marketing.
o Actively prospect the customer to look for new opportunities to sell housings and consumables, defend current business through weekly analysis of Run Rate and attack on competition position with Retrofit and local partner capabilities.
o Build up a long-term relationship with customery by proposing proactively Technical Solution adapted to Customer Process and answering filtration and Service needs.
o When necessary, coordinate with Partners to propose complete solution or dedicated Service to FT Process application
o Being the reference in filtration in the customers office
o Feed the SLS Team with Sample, on site testing on Process Applications in FT Market, follow up on analysis to propose and sell adequate solution to customers
o Feed the Technical Inside Sales with qualified leads for him to define and review solutions, build up Quotation with you in order to go back to customer and sell the solution.

Specialty Chemicals, Chemicals, Oil And Gas
Local EPC’s or OEM FT
Steamcrackers, refinery
Financial/Budget Responsibility:
o Preparation of projections; manage customers & the profitability of the business in the region.
o Forecast on Weekly basis the objective
o Build up his Funnel of opportunities, maintain and review it on regular basis.
Main tasks:
Able to build an overview of regional Market and main actors in the FT field
Visiting customers (60-70%)
To maintain and manage an active CRM & sales funnel.
Forecasting figures for run rate, services and new investment on Bi-Weekly basis
Developing and achieving a sales plan to achieve projections.
Reporting of progress to sales management through weekly funnel management calls
Promoting new products and applications in the region
Providing basic customer support to existing customers
Learn from technical inside sales, helping them to provide quotation to customers
Follow up of quotations supplied to customers
Maintain information gathered on Pall internal databases.
To deal with customer queries and complaints
To ensure customer satisfaction
To meet the departmental and individual KPI’s as agreed with your line manager.
Qualifications
Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical engineering or technical business administration
< 1 years to 5 years of experience
Preferably based in East of France
Excellent communication, both verbally and written in French & English
Interest in process Application and Market
Ability to listen to understand customer requirements.
Good interpersonal skills
Confident and persuasive.
Strong capacity to work in teams
Highly motivated in sales and meeting challenging sales targets
Problem solving approach
Results oriented
Pro-active to identify new opportunities for growth
Clear sense of urgency and business impact
Flexible
Ability to travel 60-70% (domestic and international)
Driver’s License
Pall will provide on boarding training and coaching.
