WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Project Sales Manager is responsible for achieving their own revenue target, and customer base development. Plans and executes sales targets and activities for a defined product category and/or service-portfolio, in a specified region or country - France, in order to increase sales and to achieve defined commercial targets.
Plans sales volumes and potential of all customers in the region assigned.
Creates own attack plan to sell to the designated customers in line with revenue targets
Analyses the market environment (demand, competition, ...) manages sales pipeline, plans the customer and sales targets, and agrees on action steps to develop the customer.
Prepares and executes their business plan and forecasts, and provides regular sales and revenue reports to management.
Spots opportunities for local product and service portfolio solutions to grow profit.
Establishes, maintains and grows relationships to customer and channel partners, and provides relevant support to grow their sales revenue.
Prepares leads and negotiates proposals, and drives follow-up and closing of contracts to receive the customer order number.
Coordinates and involves technical support, marketing services or channel partners in the lead process.
May bring ideas from the market for initiation of product developments and services programs or measures.
May act as a point of contact in first instance, to customers in commercial matters.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Relevant University Degree or equivalent practical and vocational knowledge and experience
2 to 8 years of relevant experience in the field of ProAV
Strong command of the English language
French on a native speaker level
Proficient understanding and know how in processes, technologies, products or other relevant field of expertise
Effective utilization of recognized planning, analytical or conceptual principles and techniques
Understanding and applying principles of effective project management
Ability to apply financial or technical data knowledge to provide sound analyses in order to drive results significantly and support respective management decision
Understands impact of legislation and law regulations relevant to the business or function
Experience in Business and Account Development in B2B is essential
Very strong communication and negotiation skills, hunter mentality
Excellent understanding of TCO and ROI to sell based around value
