WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Business development of passive components for the French market
Implement promotion strategies by region, market and application
Define, execute and monitor strategic target accounts including demand analysis and midterm target setting
Define and execute growth targets as well as commercial customer support
Increase the project pipeline and project conversion with existing customers and create new demand with new customers and markets
Identify technological trends within your area of responsibility, consolidate requirements and initiate new product development with cross departmental stakeholders
Coordinate projects with our sales team and our factories

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Technical degree in electrical engineering or related field of studies
5+ years of experience in a field application engineer/sale driven position desirable
Knowledge and understanding of electronic passive components
Strong technical mindset with commercial understanding and customer orientation
Excellent interpersonal skills, self-driven and proactive
Fluent in French, fluent in English
Willingness to travel (40 - 50%)
Driver’s license required
