We are opening a new position in the Sales team : An Account executive whose mission will be to develop mid market opportunities for PayFit.
For now, the Sales team at PayFit focuses solely on our core target companies (SMBs), you will be the first to help PayFit expand on larger size companies.
Your role
Convince French Mid-market companies that PayFit is the best payroll / HRIS solution on the market !
As a pioneer on this new market for PayFit, you will be independent and work like an intrepreneur into the Sales team. You will be part of a team of 22 SDRs and 14 Account Executives, and be 100% focused on new business.
You will be working hands in hands with our Customer Success team to define what are the right companies we should target
Your Mission
Develop PayFit on mid market segment
Strategic prospecting into key accounts and verticals
Build business proposals and negotiate
Manage a pipe of prospects and convert them into happy customers
Contribute to the sales team's cohesion and performance
Become an expert on both PayFit product and French payroll specificities
Become a Payfit specialist and gather feedbacks to improve our product
Evolve in a performance-driven yet friendly atmosphere
Your Profile
3+ years experience in B2B software sales
2+ years experience in mid-market / enterprise software sales
Closing new deals is the reason for living
Strong adaptibility and listening skills
You like to work in a goal-oriented and customer-centric environment
Phone skills & enthusiasm
Strong communication skills for internal and external purposes
Team player
Keen interest in tech industry
Strong deal ownership (activity, action plan, forecast)
Ability to engage in complex conversations with C-Level contacts (CEO, CFO, HR Director)
You have a strong willingness to learn and high coachability
Ability to perform in a highly changing environment
