Job Description Summary: The Sales Operations Manager will build, optimize, and manage end to end sales processes for PayPal's Partner team.

Responsibilities:

Build, optimize, and manage end to end sales processes.Lead projects and initiatives from start to finish with limited guidance.Managed projects include Partner Payout processes, Sales Competitions and more.Help onboard new team members and new teams into the Partner organization.Prepare, facilitate, and deliver presentations with and to PayPal Sr. Leaders.Help support existing and secure new Partners by assisting the Partner team ensure the alignment of the Partner's needs to PayPal’s customized payment solutions.Serve as the liaison between the Partner, Marketplaces and PayPal team including Partner representatives and internal partners.Serve as a collaboration expert to all Partners and representatives throughout the entire sales process.Effectively and efficiently manage multiple tasks and expectations from both Partners and teammates.Maintain consistently high quality with all tasks for both Partners and representatives.Effectively communicate a high level of technical, e-commerce, and business acumen at PayPal.Open to receiving and providing coaching.Continual personal and professional growth and development.Consistently meet or exceed pre-determined expectations.Some additional responsibilities may include but not limited to the following:

o Salesforce.com request

o Churn Reports

o Risk Collaboration

o Onboarding Checklist

o Knowledge Management Updates

o Case Management

Job Requirements:

min. 5+ years experience in Sales Operations within Fintech, Financial Services or equivalentStrong working knowledge of the internet, e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, Salesforce and Microsoft productsAbility to effectively work under pressure and to meet challenging targetsStrong written and oral communication skillsCan-do attitude with a strong sense of accountability and ownershipExcellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environmentExperience with working with cross-functional and remote teamsClear, strategic thinker with vision, with the ability to execute on prioritiesSelf-sufficient, self-directed individual who understands the needs of direct and channel sales teams
