**Description**
#### Marketing
You will be responsible for the campaign planning and execution to promote our ELT list across all relevant markets and channels
In collaboration with the sales and marketing Director, create a yearly marketing plan for the ELT list in France in line with strategic goals,
Create a planning of marketing activities with associated budget forecast (Direct Marketing, Digital marketing, events, etc),
Monitor spending against approved budget,
Create campaigns and ensure their execution, with the support of ELT marketing intern, be responsible for quality and timing of campaing roll out,
Be in regular contact with the ELT Global Team to stay informed of new publications, new campaigns and global initiatives,
Stay actively informed about Market trends and competition landscape,
Update and maintain the ELT CRM with the support of ELT Marketing Intern.
#### Sales
Your role will be dual : grow sales in the Higher Education sector by working closely with and supporting the team of Academic Account Managers, and be directly responsible for sales in the corporate and PLS sector
In collaboration with the Sales &Marketing Director, establish sales forecasts and budget for the ELT list,
Deliver regular product training, including digital product (MyEnglishLab, Versant etc) for the Academic and Trade sales team,
Support the Academic Team with lead generation, and accompany Academic Team on customer visits where relevant,
Prospect and visit institutions in the corporate and PLS (“Formation Continue”) sector with the objective to generate sales through adoptions,
Work closely with the solutions team to generate new B2B deals and ensure adequate training and onboarding of digital solutions for teachers and learners,
Support and visit our key trade accounts in the ELT market.
**Qualifications**
Master level or equivalent
English mother tongue or perfectly fluent in English
A minimum 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
Passionate about teaching and learning, experience of teaching languages a plus.
Autonomous and a good team player
Strong oral and written communications skills in English and French
Available for frequent travel
Clean Full driving license
