Paris (75) Meet Our Team:

As Senior Manager Enterprise Architects which forms part of the EMEA Solutions Consulting team, you will lead a team of Enterprise Architects who will be directly supporting sales pursuits within our most strategically important accounts. Your responsibility will be focus into your assigned region (SWEU inc France, Spain & Italy) and aligned with the EMEA view as a whole.

The primary objective of our EAs is to drive the Architecture Strategy, identifying the current state and defining future state via a Roadmap, jointly with our customers based on their business priorities, goals and objectives. The EA team leads and supports the execution of Digital Business Transformation Engagements for strategic and select key customers jointly with the Solution Consulting team members. EAs are expected to have strong sales skills who use “challenger” sales methodology to engage with customers and partners and define their transformation journey along with the steps to get there.

You will be responsible for leading and evolving our existing strong technical team to develop a superior organisation that is positioned to deliver on growth targets across Pega’s expanding portfolio. Proven, effective written and oral communication skills are essential, including the abilities to influence and build consensus across a matrixed organisation, and to inspire and motivate large extended teams.

We are looking for highly talented, inquisitive, creative and passionate individual who can articulate to our customers how Pega will enable them to meet their key strategic and financial objectives, help tackle their Business challenges, and enable rapid growth, scalability, and dexterity.

What You'll Do at Pega: Lead and mentor an EA team to develop and deliver compelling multi-year architecture strategies, aimed at identifying, accelerating, justifying, and/or expanding sales opportunities Work with Sales Management to align EA resources to maximise the impact of the EA team across our strategic and key target accounts in the region Recruit and grow the team across your focus region to support the growth of the Pega business in the areas defined by senior management Lead the adaptation of solutions, use cases, industries to the local context and not only pure language adaptation but market conditions, local cultures, etc. Ensure that the team works closely with prospective and existing customers, alongside sales and other functions, to identify current state and define future state with a roadmap, based on their business priorities, goals and objectives Prepare thought-provoking executive proposals to engage customers in long-term architecture relationships Assist in the development and delivery of custom proposals and deal structures Provide thought leadership, training, and consultative partnering with sales and other teams throughout and beyond the sales cycle Facilitate sharing of Enterprise Architecture assets, thought leadership and best practices with EA teams in other regions of the Pega organisation Provide an environment in which members of your team can grow their skills and ability so that they become highly valuable members of the Pega EMEA Solutions Consulting team. Who You Are:

You have demonstrated experience in a similar role in managing and/or building a team within a growing technology organisation. You have strong executive presence and credibility and experience influencing and shaping thinking at all levels within an organisation. Throughout your career you have developed the ability to manage the highest complexity initiatives whilst effectively leading people and teams.
