As a Sales Manager of Higher Education, you will focus on building relationships and networking with universities. We are looking for a team-player who enjoys building relationships, is innovative and motivated by the sales process.

In this role you will:
Ensure that Planon can play the role of the trusted advisor for prospective clients in the Higher Education market.
Acquire and develop a strong product competency, industry knowledge related to market needs and trends, emerging technologies and the competitive landscape.
Deliver real solutions to clients through a strategic and innovative market tactics.
Research and understand the goals of prospective clients to ensure a successful approach.
Act as a trusted advisor to our customers and avoid the traditional sales
Be intrinsically motivated to continuously improve analytics of relevant circumstances.
Take risks by incorporating an innovative and effective sales process.
Understand the industry’s competitive landscape and market trends.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Partner with universities to understand their business needs and objectives.
Generate new business and build upon existing business relationships.
North America
Sales & Marketing
You have a Bachelor’s degree.
You have 5+ years of managerial experience.
You have experience in the Higher Education vertical.
You have experience in the sales industry.
You have real estate and facilities management experience, IWMS market knowledge a plus
You are team oriented and enjoy a dynamic working environment staff.
You are pro-active and process oriented.
You have listening skills and are open to innovative ideas.
