You are a software developer that likes human contact. You are impassioned about DevOps and have experience with web technologies. You can develop in a couple of languages, but have played with a bunch of technologies; You like traveling around the country.

Mission :
We are looking for a Partner Account Manager to enhance our partnership recruitment, onboarding and training activity in North America. Expect Travel. You need to live in North America (USA or Canada). This role encompasses various activities :
Training :travel to partner locations on predetermined dates to deliver training to our North-America based partners
maintain training database and course data
gather and organize information about the product and its releases
monitor and evaluate the quality of training ; revise as needed
maintain a current understanding of training trends and best practices
prepare and present workshops at users’ conference if needed
This will involve delivering material through various media including user guides, videos, virtual classroom, face-to-face training.
You will end up working with our teams to design training programs and materials.
Sales :you will learn how to identify and contact potential partners
organize partner meetings to discuss business opportunities
you don't have to have sales experience ... but that would be a plus.
participate in conferences and company events to promote our product and provide product demos
The ideal candidate must have :
