As a Country Opener for the UK Market, you'll join the PlayPlay Sales team.
As the first Sales on this market, you will be dedicated to understanding the best way to break into the UK Market, and generating new MRR by both closing deals (Mid-Market & Large companies) and develop PlayPlay’s client base in the region.

MISSIONS
Build up the UK commercial strategy
With the support of our Market Expansion Manager, study the B2B SaaS video market in the UK and the local competitive landscape. Identify PlayPlay’s strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats according to it. Identify the high priority targets (by vertical/organisation type/level of access/key personas) to break into the UK market. Speak with a maximum number of people to identify and map out the correct points of contact at both existing and potential clients.Build and manage your sales pipeline
Close a maximum of UK large companies sales opportunities: Inbound leads: Contact, discovery call, product demonstration, sales proposal drafting, negotiation and closing. Outbound leads: Handover with the SDR team, product demonstration, sales proposal drafting, negotiation and closing. Expand PlayPlay accounts within the UK market: mapping, prospection, qualification, demonstration and closing. Respond to calls for tender and develop complex sales proposals. Participate in the biggest martech and social media events in Europe (Vivatech, Dmexco, Social Media Week...). Participate in the recruitment and training of new sales team members.Data tracking
Monitor your prospects and activities within our CRM, Hubspot (soon to be Salesforce). Communicate on your activity via KPIs set by your manager.Cross-team projects
Work with the Marketing team to find content strategies in order to generate and nurture leads. Participate in the analysis of the marketing campaigns implemented. Work with the Outbound team to analyse the relevance of the outbound campaigns and identify new campaigns to be implemented. Closely work with the Market Expansion Manager to continuously improve our commercial strategy on the UK market, and our Sales Playbook.WHAT WE OFFER

At least 5 years of experience as a Sales in the tech sector, ideally on SaaS platforms. ️ Proven track record of exceeding your sales quota with B2B customers as an Account Executive. Previous experience of working on the UK market as a B2B Account Executive. A previous experience in opening a new market would be a plus. Native English required.ABOUT YOU ❤️
