As a Sales Excellence Specialist M/W you will be in charge of implementing business processes, reporting solutions and sales support tasks to ensure efficient sales activities and correct follow up of sales performances and processes.
You will be reporting to the Sales Excellence Manager – France.
Main responsibilities
· Comprehension and analysis of our needs and requirements to provide reporting solutions and processes able to support sales activities
· Design, implementation and maintenance of sales reporting
· Implement efficient sales processes with a special focus on optimization and digitalization to support the business and sales team
· Support the evolution and maintenance of the CRM and its adoption and use by sales team
· Ensure the consistency of customer master data between the different systems, coordinating the process of data maintenance between the different teams involved
· Definition and review of the yearly Commercial Policy and the Commercial Contracts Policy
· Prospection and Pipeline process governance
· Support the Business Analyst in forecast process, calculation of customers bonuses and accruals
· Support the Sales Incentive Plan process
· Manage external audits
· Support in the internal training process
Qualifications
· Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering or Business Management with 5 or more years of experience in business intelligence, sales processes and CRM management areas.
· Strong analytical skills, comprehension of economical/ finance models
· Ability to communicate and build relationships with different departments and organization levels both internally and externally to promote the standardization, the compliance and support the change
· IT literate and digitalization/automation attitude
· Good knowledge and use of Microsoft Suite, Excel in particular
· Knowledge of data models and BI tools (Microsoft PBI as preference)
· Fluent in English (written and spoken)
