ProcSea is a B2B marketplace specialized in the fish trade. With our innovative product; we disrupt the $200 Billion fish market by connecting fishmongers & producers with restaurants; fish sellers & grocery stores, all in just a few clicks.
Our ship is speeding up and has an international reach. We are looking for a Account Manager Lead. This role is located in Rennes and is a Permanent position (CDI).

The mission :
Reporting to the Head of Growth, you will run the Account Management and develop the mid-term strategy and vision in order to be aligned with the objectives of the company. You will drive our enthusiastic Account Management team (5 people) efforts toward great success.

You Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the account managers to develop their skills to ensure that the team meet its KPI’s You manage daily business with existing accounts (restaurants) : you maximise the revenue and the share of wallet You set up organisational processes to make the team more efficient and maximise the customer’s satisfaction You participate to all the recruitments within your team You work on strategic projects with the other team managers of Procsea You provide feedback to the product team to improve user experience

The ideal sailor :

3+ years experienced as a manager in a fast-paced environment You are fluent in English and French (a third language is a big plus), you have great communication skills You are team-oriented, curious, collaborative and organised You have Knowledge about the restaurant and/or seafood business You are digital fluent (CRM, Analytics, Slack…) You are committed to the ProcSea mission You have a Data driven mindset You think outside of the box and are customer solutions oriented
