Sales Account Representative (f/m/d)

Your Team
Being part of a sales team in charge of strategic accounts in the Aerospace & Defense sector, the candidate will focus on one PTC major customer in France and will cooperate with all major functions within PTC to manage the client:
Software Sales Specialists
High Velocity (Inside) Sales Specialists
Technical Sales Application Engineers & Business Developers
All other functions focus on PTC Sales process (deal desk support, people responsible of calculating offers for service & support, marketing, legal, finance…)
Your Impact

In direct and daily contact with final customers, you will operate sales activities with high reactivity
You will act proactively to improve customer’s satisfaction thanks to internal and pragmatic improvements (processes, behaviors, etc.)
You will coordinate sales processes internally and will lead indirectly other functions to ensure both PTC focus on sales success and motivation & commitment of other team members
You will also take part to the Account Strategy definition and will monitor its execution through its operation
With a door-opener mindset, you will be responsible of building & managing long-term relationships with the client, with a direct impact on revenue generation
Your Day-To-Day
Drive and manage entire sales cycle: from quote to shipment
Generate lead matching demands with PTC’s strategy
Provide leadership to a cross-functional account team (sales, presales specialists, inside sales, global services)
Understand how PTC’s value proposal can benefit to customer by interacting with Business & Solution’s experts
Significantly extend the existing strategic relationship with the client
Competent in the ability to forecast and assess revenue opportunities
Investigate and understand the internal business processes of the client
Build trustful relationship with key stakeholders on customer side
Your Skills and Knowledge
First experience in selling enterprise solutions
Customer-oriented mindset and listening skills
Ability to deep dive problems and to propose pragmatic improvements
Real interest for new technologies (IOT, Augmented Reality), software technologies.
Strong sales soft skills: results and action-oriented profile with true interest for sales account management and complex sales process
Able to work in a team and goals driven
Excellent written & oral communication skills in both French & English
