Job Description
The Account Manager leads the production of multi-channel projects of medium size or complexity, and is ultimately responsible for the delivery of high quality deliverables that power client satisfaction, meet business requirements, and balance client and agency economics.
Knowledge
Prepares complex statements of work, with quick turnaround time and minimal revisionsAccountable for top-down and bottom-up budgets to ensure scopes accurately reflect required work effortProficient in project managing via a flexible approachConsidered an expert in at least one channel (interactive/digital, print, or video) but understands other mediums well enough to be a strategic problem solverAccurately calculates cost-to-complete estimatesRegularly demonstrates critical thinking skillsContinuously learning technology and ability to quickly adapt to new technologiesAdvocate and champion of agency processes. Able to define team process, communication plan and rules of engagement and manages team adherence
Project management
Creates and manages master project plans and timelines via a cross-capability collaborative approach to ensure timely delivery of projectsFinds creative alternative solutions to resource and time constraintsProactively identifies opportunities to adjust processes for efficiencies. Identifies opportunities to streamline processes and to create efficiencies and suggests alternative solutionsLeads resource allocation discussions on the project-level with cross-capability teamKeeps team informed of changes. Communicates clearly and frequently. Leads team communication plan; monitors and adjusts as needed to ensure effective and efficient communicationActively mitigates risk by identifying quality, budget, and timeline impacts
Tactics and Execution
Responsible for cost management across portfolio of projects. Provides accurate and realistic cost-to-complete estimates and forecasts for assigned projectsProactively contributes to conflict resolution across channelsLeads resource planning and manages third-party vendor engagementResponsible for the production of all deliverablesManages change request process, identifying and documenting changes in scopeEnsures team adherence to quality control plan
Client Relationship

Qualifications
Requirements:
5+ of experience in a healthcare agencyFluent in EnglishA basic knowledge of French is a plusProfessional presentation and client facing skillsEffective negotiation and conflict management skillsAdvanced in Microsoft OfficeKnowledge of digital requiredKnowledge of healthcareExhibits Integrity and TrustExhibits Self Development
Education and Experience:
BAC+4/5 degree requiredDemonstrates progression in level of responsibility within a professional project management environmentAgency or digital project experience requiredExperience in communications or marketing environment preferred
