Title: Senior Account Manager France – Paris – Networking Solutions/Hardware/Services
Salary: Highly Competitive

· Properly manage and develop key account in the area of IT and Industry. Provide feedback and performance improvement plans as required. Address potential issues and conflicts in a timely manner with clear directions given for improvement.
· Define, further develop and implement a Go to market strategy in these key Accounts.
· Identify in those areas potential Channel Partners/Distributors, Value added resellers, Integrators, qualifying, recruiting & facilitate them.
· Further develop and grow our project and solution business in control room and conference/class room ecosystems across multiple industries and verticals.
· Further develop and grow business in the services (IT Installations and Infrastructures).
· Achieve and exceed Order and Revenue Target as well as Gross profit for the area of responsibility under the given cost umbrella.

Required:
· Thorough knowledge of technical products, with emphasis on data communication and infrastructure, and ability to translate technical product information into strong customer value propositions.
· Large network and interesting contacts within the IT community and especially in the industry, Audio/video, broadcasting & retail sectors.
· Good communication and negotiation skills.
· Able to work autonomously and within deadlines.
· Convincing personality, acquainted with closing techniques and major account management.
· Result-oriented.
· Go-getter who is not quickly discouraged.
· French Mother tongue and fluent English.
