About Reputation.com
Ninety percent of buyers say online reviews influence their purchasing decisions. According to a Harvard Business School study, a difference of one “star” in a rating leads to a 9 percent difference in revenue. Yet companies struggle to ensure that their reviews and ratings reflect the truth.
CMOs find themselves at the mercy of algorithms they don’t control on Google, Facebook and industry specific sites – where no amount of marketing spend can offset the negative impact of a weak online reputation. We have built and we deliver the industry-leading Online Reputation Management (ORM) platform for large, multi-location enterprises.
Our fully intelligent platform helps our clients to:
· Monitor and manage review sites and social media
· Manage business listings
· Generate Surveys
· Generate more representative ratings and reviews
· Gain insights from big data to make operational changes
· Maximize customer retention and revenue
