Your tasks

Supporting the General Manager and the Sales Team with direct and indirect sales activities First contact for all incoming queries and professional representation of Retarus Assisting in handling customer inquiries and maintaining correct and relevant CRM records Coordination and management of customer requests Alignments and clarifications with central billing (HQ) for customer invoices Post-sales support during project implementation and operations Marketing event management and support (fairs, own portfolio campaigns etc.) Processing and controlling travel expenses and establishing procedures for record keeping Preparing operational reports and schedules to ensure efficiency Office management Document management and archiving Establishing and maintaining contact to Headquarters in Munich (Finance, Billing, HR, etc.) Other duties assigned by Managing Director

Your qualifications
