For our Team in France, we are looking for creative, flexible, pragmatic, and skilled individuals with superb communications skills and a love of problem solving in a fast-paced team environment.
YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITES: Take ownership of the sales and margin contribution targets you are responsible for in your specific sales region Work closely with the local General Manager, with regular and open communication, providing accurate reporting and forecasting Maintain, build and grow long-lasting relationships within existing and new accounts Manage key Broadcast accounts and be capable of engaging at all layers including 'C' levels Leverage your experience, your network and the brand’s reputation to penetrate new accounts and grow/diversify the business Identify new partners and mechanisms to support sales objectives achievement Be proactive and inventive to consolidate your sales strategy, fine tune your forecast and develop your annual sales quotas Meet and exceed the set sales targets, in conjunction with the set product mix, and the agility to adapt your commercial strategy upon market status, changing trends, economic indicators, and competition Act as ambassador for the company and participate in trade shows and events Prepare written presentations, reports, and project quotations and respond to RFP as required Cooperate with the other departments to share your market and competitive analysis findings, in particular with product management, marketing and project management Participe in the optimization and continuous development of the sales organization through continuous improvement of business processes YOU CAN EXCITE US WITH: Successfully completed (preferred technical) university studies, e.g. in industrial engineering or a combination of business and technology Knowledge of communications, audio and video technology as well as IT-based systems and their business models Proven sales and business development experience, ideally in the broadcast market Personality is key – We are looking for a Team Player, whose business-minded personality is respected and accepted by the management, colleagues and employees Proven track records of securing new business and exceeding sales targets Strong contact network across the region with private and public broadcasters, service providers, production companies, content owners, sports rights holders, telecom providers Solid experience of dealing with complex, solution-oriented sales and applying the right methodologies for Combine ‘hunter’ sales mentality and skills together with the structure and methodology to manage key accounts Ability to cross-domain thinking and willingness to collaborate closely with the local General Manager, the local team and the other company’s departments in general Show creativity, tenacity and the ability to think around complex challenges. Mobility and willingness to travel Excellent communication and presentation skills (French & English) with the ability to adapt your pitch/strategy to your audience, every additional language is a plusBecome part of our team!
