Job Description


To be based in our office in Lille, Strasbourg or Paris, we are looking for a dedicated Sales Account Manager with expertise in Automotive industry in France.


If the development and implementation of sales strategies; maintaining existing business and identifying opportunities for growth to meet or exceed annual sales goals or the pull-through of all Rockwell Automation’s business and ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction sounds appealing to you, keep learning about this opportunity.


Some key responsibilities:



Responsible for achieving and exceeding the annual sales target through the maximization of business opportunities at the specified accounts.
Lead and coordinate the efforts of Rockwell Automation resources in order to provide Rockwell Automation solutions, products and services to the customers
Coordination, where necessary, of Global, Pan-European, and In-Country sales initiatives and activities as defined by Sales Management.
Handles objections effectively and manages a pipeline of opportunities, negotiates profitable deals.
Collaborate with all sales teams to increase market penetration, assure sales coverage, and provide appropriated order fulfillment.
Focuses on opportunities that support Rockwell Automation’s market strategy
Overall account coordination
Ability to set and achieve challenging targets.
Takes initiative in response to changing circumstances within the organization or markets
Ensure the right level of business information exchanged within the organization.
Ability to set priorities that maximize revenue and profitability
Excellent communication to foster an open environment

You have:



Prior minimum 5-8 years of sales experience in a technology-based organization
Previous experience in Automotive
Proven ability in appropriate competencies
Proven ability to achieve results.
Ability to acquire new business within existing and new customer.
Automation, Software background MES, IIOT and/or Cyber security
Bachelor or master’s degree in an engineering/technical related field or equivalent,
Additional education in business administration is preferred.
French & English languages
