As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for defining the operational & commercial strategy to achieve the company strategic objectives, in collaboration with the Leadership Team. You will also set up and continuously adapt the sales organisation to ensure an effective implementation of the operational sales strategy, as well as the achievement of the financial year qualitative and quantitative objectives.

Reporting to the President of France you will be a part of an organisation that promotes personal development, growth and career progression and who will provide you with the tools and training you need to excel in the industry.

What You Will Do

To lead, coach and manage the sales team (internal & field) to ensure the revenue targets are met and the portfolio of e-procurement solutions are sold into every sector account Provide end to end sales leadership and accountability for the sales performance of your team, including setting KPIs for team members To collaboratively work with Marketing, Product, E-procurement & Commercial teams to maximise revenue opportunities Work with and build good relationships with Business Partners from across the local business to ensure all finance and customer service standards are executed and managed consistently

What Will You Bring To the Role

10+ years of experience in sales or other commercial/customer driven role Proven sales leadership experience managing sales people to KPI’s Proven track record of e-commerce sales in addition with value added solutions Has worked in a matrix structured environment Strong digital mindset with high level of emotional intelligence Excellent communication skills, with the ability to compellingly articulate at all levels including senior management and board level with varying levels of technical skill and seniority Experience building and managing relationships, and collaborating with internal partners and external counterparts A team player with a can-do attitude, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment Ability to challenge constructively, build credibility and work with integrity at all levels within the organisation Advanced English language skill in both verbal and written
