Mission
We're looking for a passionate Sales Professional who can contribute to the next steps in our business.
In a context of strong growth and adoption for our cloud based Business Automation Solutions, your strong business acumen will position you a key member of the sales team, responsible for ensuring the development of a portfolio of RunMyProcess’ large enterprise customers. You will engage with top 250 organizations, lead the commercial relationship, develop the business and ensure customer satisfaction. Your advisor attitude will facilitate digital transformation across any business unit of a large enterprise, such as IT, Finance, HR, Procurement, Sales & Marketing and Production. With a strong sales methodology, you will contribute to structuring our business, being accountable for subscription, contracts renewal and for generating additional revenue for all our offerings: licences, professional services, and consulting. Backed by a team of Digital Problem Solving fanatics, you will ultimately be responsible for ensuring the performance and success for customers in order to settle and develop a long lasting partnership.

You represent a new breed of sales professionals, understanding the global picture and modern ways to generate business A CxO trusted advisor with a strong track record in selling licences & services into large organizations Strong sales methodology and a natural focus on sales methodology and associated details 5+ years sales experience in software and cloud technologies (Paas, SaaS preferably) with large client organizations Creativity, sharp focus, and a strong ability to understand value based messages around software platforms, business change, digital transformation and cloud. We strive to solve our client’s issues and enable them digitize their business with a clear outcome Excellent written and oral communication abilities in both French and English and able to create compelling (and creative) copy and slides when required Creative and charismatic team player who can build strong relationships and work seamlessly with a distributed global team, including prominent channel partners Ability to manage a range of parallel projects while maintaining accuracy in forecasts, project detection & development metrics - and a sense of ‘getting it done’ Proficient in using Salesforce, LinkedIn, and G Suite
