Job description

As the main contact person for the International SamBoat owners, your tasks will be to:

Advise and support them by telephone in their use of the site, both by responding to incoming requests and by proactively calling themEnsure that requests received by email are processed quickly and efficientlyIdentify and search for new boat ownersInsure quality of boats listedMake them FANS of the SamBoat site

You are involved in the development of SamBoat with a unique obsession with the customer experience
