Manager of Virtual Sales South Europe (F/M)


We are currently looking for a Manager of Virtual Sales South Europe (F/M) based in France or Belgium.

The Manager Sales will be responsible for leading the sales organization within a specified geography in South Europe (France, Belgium and Netherlands) and is responsible to implement the sales strategy. His/her team is working remotely as Virtual Account Managers for both segments (Life Science Reasearch and Applied Research) for the Lab Essentials portofolio.The holder of this position will oversee the sales teams to drive profitable growth aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing the business to achieve long-term success always aligned with an high customer satisfaction.


What you will accomplish together with us



Implement the sales strategy within an assigned area of responsibility and drive and monitor sales results within this area
Build and maintain an efficient sales teams to achieve business objectives and customer satisfaction across their area of responsibility
Manage the regional Solutions sales implementation, lead identification, strategic evaluation, selling cycle, resulting disposable business and financial solution of our Solutions offering
Acquire new and expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
Provide pre-sales technical support and expertise to assist the sales team in their sales effort
Collaborate with all stakeholders in the organization
Provide ad hoc and regular reports of progress forecasts and business metrics
Identify opportunities to improve market coverage
Represent the company at meetings / events / gatherings / Industry Interest groups

What will convince us



Academic degree in business administration, Sales or relevant field
Minimum of 5 years sales experience
Minimum of 3 years relevant industry experience preferably within Life Science
Capacity of leadership and to create a team spirit
Good communication skills and a very structured way of working for you and for your team

Effective communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships and problem solving mindset
Proven software skills, e.g. Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) and reporting tools (Tableau, SFDC)
