Sherpany`s mission is to give back time by turning formal meetings from time-wasters into value-creators. Our team is building a mobile and web based platform that allows effective choice making by digitally transforming meetings and decision making processes. In cutting administrative, organizational and repetitive work Sherpany`s platform is actively sparing resources like paper, shipping and transportation. Our headquarter is located in Zurich and we have offices in Lisbon, Berlin, Paris, Milan and Wroclaw.

A glimpse of what your life as a Sales Manager at Sherpany could look like..

Your responsibilities:

Execution of the sales life-cycle; from approaching CEO's and Corporate Secretary's, through to negotiation and closing the deal Attend networking events to identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships Create relationships and generate revenue from partnerships with big international companies convincing them of the benefits of our Boardroom SaaS Closely collaborate with Marketing Specialist, Sales Development Representative and Country Managers to ensure execution across various sales activities/campaigns

The Challenges:

Self-driven: We will not constantly stand behind you, look over your shoulder and control everything you do. We expect a high degree of personal responsibility from our people and give them a lot of trust in return. Endurance: An average sales cycle at Sherpany takes about 6 months. This means a lot of stamina and perseverance. High quality standards: Your stakeholders at our customers are decision makers in well-known companies. This requires a professional and proactive way of working.

Your profile:

Sales/Business Development experience in the B2B market with proven track record Experience in the SaaS / Cloud environment is a big advantage Affinity for new technologies and / or interest to acquire knowledge in this field Convincing personality with excellent communication skills Team player who likes to work with a lot of personal responsibility Ambitious and proactive person who thinks outside the box French language as mother tongue and good communication skills in English
