You will report to the Vice President of Sales, based in Copenhagen.
Responsibilities
Your main responsibility will be to grow the French market as well as build, lead, and motivate your team whilst building and maintaining strong connections with internal stakeholders in management. You will be responsible for setting strategy, executing results, and leading your team:
Setting strategy:
Think strategy while staying on top of tactical execution. Envision, shape and communicate the future for the business. Assess market segments and trends through analyzing sales, information channels and potential clients. Retaining and expanding existing customer base, defining and implementing the local Go To Market plan, and provide local insights and adaptations for products, marketing and sales. Own the local marketing plan and execute on marketing activities to reach main KPIs.Executing results:
Responsible for local revenue and sales targets, and main business KPIs. Driving and leading the team to deliver against targets. Overlooking Marketing lead nurturing process and optimizing conversion from lead to customers. Expanding customer engagements through upsell and cross-sell campaigns and customer marketing activities. Mentoring the sales team consistently and leading by example. Seeking new ways of driving growth and partnerships across France. Responsible for overseeing excellent customer experience, from onboarding of new Customers to ongoing frontline Customer support.Leading the team:
Overall responsible of leading a diverse team of currently 10 professionals working in sales, marketing and customer success management. Part of our French team currently operates in the HQ in Copenhagen. However, you will have the unique possibility to grow and develop a team in France in order to guarantee a strong presence in the French market. Create commitment, alignment and direction for the team. Develop, support and motivate team members with the aim to keep retention and to build/maintain a high performing team. Identify, attract and hire talent with the help of HR.What We Require of You
Master's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or related field, or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Fluency in French and English. A minimum of 5 years of people management experience. Experience with driving growth within a business area similar to Siteimprove. SaaS experience is an advantage. A holistic, entrepreneurial and commercial approach to the market combined with strong general management skills and strong business acumen. Agility to work fast paced whilst bringing discipline and structure to the sales processes and sales execution.What We'll Love About You
