Job Description
Skintifique is looking for a world-class, high-energy and impact oriented leader to join our growing organization and take on major responsibility in driving growth.
This newly created position will focus on the company’s digital eco-system, and oversee a wide variety of fast-moving digital channels and levers.
The Digital & Sales Director will report directly to the CEO and have extensive interactions with the other Directors in commercial and other functions. The position is based in Paris, France.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Commercial growth: overall responsibility for achieving and exceeding revenue targets:
In one or several of the company priority countries (USA, France..)
In one or several digital universes (social media, Amazon, website....)
Providing and leading functional expertise and delivery
In one or several of the key commercial functions
B2C customer acquisition: SEA, SEO, Remarketing, Display…
B2C customer development: CRM, email marketing…
B2B2C retailer acquisition and development (digital + select offline)
In several of the key support functions
Customer service
Sales admin
Community management
Product positioning, branding & communication
UX and digital customer journey across platforms
Managing internal and external resources
Drive innovation: bring new and innovative ideas and realization, in terms of products, services, marketing approaches.... Qualifications
Must have requirements
Experience: 8-10+ years in digital marketing & commerce of consumer products
Real interest and ability to deliver on top and bottom line growth
Successful track record in digital commercialisation and several of the areas of responsibility mentioned above established in fast growth product companies, or in digital agencies
Fluent in English and working knowledge of French. Ability to work and deliver in several cultures.
Hard working, passion for impact and ambition to grow
Outstanding personal and professional ethics
Driven team player: ability to work effectively in a dynamic, high performance, rapidly changing, team-based environment
Superior project and team management skills: ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Creative thinker and problem-solver: ability to come up with new ideas that meet current and future business objectives
Work permit in France
Nice to have requirements
International experience
Additional European or Asian languages
Experience in consumer health
Ability to provide direction to internal and external resources outside of traditional digital marketing areas (eg copy/design resources, IT resources…)
