We are looking for a Sales Executive to generate leads and expand our business in Italy. You will be located in our Madrid office and reporting to the Head of Business development in Southern Europe.

As a Sales Executive, you will have the opportunity to:
Identify and approach prospective customers, negotiating and closing the deals. Generate new business for SlimPay in Italy in key strategic verticals like fitness, utilities, telcos, debt collection, ... Prospecting key accounts and responding to calls for tenders Managing the entire sales cycle (from analyzing/prospecting leads to nurturing/retaining them) Managing the relation with strategic key accounts Representing SlimPay at sales-related events and activities in Italy Managing smooth workflows across teams such as Pre-Sales and Onboarding Cooperating with partners (PSP, banks, software providers, CRMs, etc.) Feeding our CRM to maintain constant flow of reporting to the team Maintaining knowledge of product updates and added value for clients Follow up on customers KPIs and performanceRequirements
What do you need to be successful?
Minimum 5 years of experience on commercial roles with large accounts (ideally within the payment/fintech industry) You are a strategic negotiator and strong communicator “Hunter” approach to finding prospects and with natural talent for closing deals Strong interest and knowledge of e-commerce sector Desire to work in an innovative and disruptive market Strong ability to seamlessly adapt with a team-spirit mindset Eagerness to take on technical subjects Fluent in Italian and English (written and oral).
