Based in Paris, the role has just been created because of the strong market traction in the TV aera (new inventories through CTV, Smart TV, addressable TV, AVOD…).
The job belongs to the french Demand Partnerships team which is made up of 2 departments one dedicated to media-solutions (Dynadmic and Smart SSP products) and one to tech solutions (platforms).
The team is composed of energetic and results-driven individuals that bring our advertising products to the market each day - working with clients across agencies, in-house brand teams and platform partners.
It’s a sales role with a broad scope (custom offers for different targets/innovation & education missions).
️  What you'll do

Equativ (formerly Smart/Liquidm/Dynadmic) is looking for an entrepreneurial, performance driven, and team oriented.

The ideal candidate is an individual who is able to market, structure and sale Equativ TV offer, able to identify new client opportunities with agencies (especially the big 6 multi screen departments but also independent agencies or direct advertisers ).
The role reports directly to the local MD in strong collaboration with the senior director Demand partnership France.
Key day-to-day responsibilities Externally 
Organize and make meetings with all the decision makers in charge of TV/Video  budgets.
Engage with multiple levels of clients - from senior leadership at agencies and direct clients to hands-on-keys tradersGuide new clients/campaigns through an onboarding process 
Detecte key accounts ,drive revenue and unlock revenues opportunities 
Manage sales activity using sales tools ( sales force /CRM…)
Internally
Collaborate closely with -the demand team ( Fr with both tech & media solutions) -the publishers /supply team ( to onboard new inventories and potentially propose equativ sales house services with the right business model) - functional teams : account management first ,but also marketing, product, legal , quality & analytics teams
Package the right offers ( with the good inventories mix/the right volume and pricing )
Monitor the campaign delivery in good collaboration with the account manager
Ensure the renewal of key accounts at the right moment 
Establish and achieve quarterly revenue goals and key operational results

Collaborate with Technical Expertise Teams, Product and Marketing teams to feed them with clients’ needs and market evolution to deliver results for agencies.( business model / reporting/Kpi’s ) 

Facilitate product feedback loops with our development team.

ðªAbout you 

Bachelor's Degree; MBA or other advanced degree 
5+ years of industry or sales experience with a significant portion spent working front TV buyers ( C level/trading and account directors/buyers)
Strong track record in video and TV Spent and practices. (KPI’s / negotiations/pricing /GRP-CPM conversion…) 
Strong communication skills;  Talent at explaining complex topics in simple terms in person or over the phone individual contributor able to solve complex issues 

Ability to learn fast, especially in an ad tech world in constant evolution  


Entrepreneurial spirit and know-how to identify opportunities proven ability to close deals in a competitive environment. 

Experience in managing strategic accounts with a consultative approach strategic insight and business acumen with proven creative problem -solving skills
Understanding of the programmatic landscape is a real + ( DSPs platforms)
