Socialbakers is looking for a world-class and result-oriented Head of Enterprise Sales France, Southern Europe and Benelux to join us in the red-hot social media environment.
You would serve as a brand enthusiast for Socialbakers and be an expert in how Socialbakers' products solve clients' problems and needs. You will also have a chance to bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company's values, unique culture, and vision for the future.
Key Responsibilities
Be responsible for driving and developing the business in the given region, manage the regional activities to grow the revenue through direct sales efforts
Set the strategy and business objectives according to the long-term company plans and mission
Initiate marketing activities to drive sales and client retention
Lead the local Enterprise Sales team, provide support and guidance, ensure the sales quotas and goals for the team are met and exceeded
Direct the effort of the team in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives, communicate across the company, with management and other teams
Bring new sales opportunities with high profile accounts, negotiate deals with Top Clients, ownership and responsibility for individual sales as necessary
Develop and execute plans to manage clients’ awareness of Socialbakers products and services, expand strategic relations with Enterprise clients
Be prepared to speak at conferences and exhibitions
Bring your thinking, strategies and creative ideas to advance our company’s values, unique culture and vision for the future
Skills & Qualifications
At least 10+ years of relevant sales experience with successful track record exceeding sales goals
Previous experience ideally in SaaS / SW / Digital Marketing
Fluent level of French and English, written and spoken; additional languages are a great advantage
Experience with managing a local and a virtual team, strong leadership skills
The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced challenging environment
The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
Very strong communication and presentation skills
Target oriented and a keenly developed competitive nature
A highly self-driven personality
