The Role:
Sojern is looking for a Paris-based Account Manager to join the EU team and support our continued expansion within Europe. As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role within the company through hands-on management of advertiser campaigns while influencing client relationships and supporting projects to grow our French market presence.

Responsibilities:
Hands-on, day to day management of advertiser campaigns while influencing client relationships and supporting projects to grow our French market presence.
Build solid relationships with our clients or their agencies. Consult and really dig deep to understand and communicate their needs back to our internal teams.
Extensive knowledge of the French programmatic landscape to influence clients and develop innovative campaign strategies to onboard potential clients and grow the French account portfolio
Coordinate with sales, ad operations, and external clients to ensure campaigns are successfully launched and meet clients’ goals
Analyze campaign performance data and provide optimisation recommendations to ensure client satisfaction and renewal
Communicate client needs internally and lead post-campaign analysis/review
Trusted thought-partner to your Sales team and partner closely with internal teams on day-to-day operational processes and larger to drive high-impact and strategic improvements
What you bring to the table:
2 – 4 years campaign/account management experience, ideally in Ad Tech / Programmatic
Strong understanding of the French and wider-European ad-tech landscape with current knowledge of the key players covering both the buy and sell sides
Hands-on experience implementing and/or running campaigns across programmatic DSPs.
You like data and have the ability to analyze and use this to tell a story to give fresh insights to your assigned clients.
You are self-driven and proactive
You’re great with people – with experience working with internal and external teams and customers
You like the idea of evolving within a start-up environment
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
