StarTech.com is currently looking for a National Account Manager – France to join our European Sales Team in support of our growth in the region.
This role is responsible for developing and maintaining effective business relationships with both new and existing channel partners to maximize product penetration and sales. In addition, the National Account Manager will be responsible for training partners where required and creating and / or maintaining effective account plans for all assigned accounts.
Reporting to the Country Manager - France, the National Account Manager – France will be a self-motivated individual with a passion for technology and experience in sales of IT products. If you are an independent individual with a strong results orientation but also the ability to work collaboratively within a strategic framework, this may be a great fit for you! As most of our customers are fairly technical, our ideal candidate will possess an inclination towards computer hardware - specifically peripherals and connectivity parts. This is a work-from-home role located ideally in France, and travel to customer locations will be required. A well-established network of value-added-IT reseller (VAR) and direct market reseller (DMR) contacts in the region would be an asset to this position.
What You Will Gain

Taking ownership of your accounts, you will manage deliverables, resolve issues as they arise, participate in projects and provide sound recommendations as required By acting as a key point of contact to our French customers, you will play a key part in relaying customer feedback and expanding depth of cross-functional relationships between StarTech.com and Key AccountsWhat You Can Show Us
5+ years in a Sales / Account Management role, with a minimum of 2 spent within the Technology industry The ability to be a self-starter and work independently and effectively as part of a remote team Knowledge of and a keen interest in technology, ideally hardware As travel is required for this position, all candidates must be able to be mobile to visit clients, attend trade shows and seek new opportunities and partners Post-secondary education in a related discipline Proficiency in MS Office Suite English fluency is required (both written and spoken), additional European languages are considered a plusHow to Apply
