Your focus as an Account Manager
Own a defined set of client accounts in your given territory.
Develop and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders to renew and expand financial partnership.
Proactively engage with additional geographies, business units and divisions to identity and secure additional business.
Increase client satisfaction to 80% (with customer success team)
Secure client portfolio and eliminate competitor threat
What you'll be doing:
Being responsible for a set of defined accounts you will need to manage the administration of internal systems and the coordination of services efforts/deployment of resources to deliver to client goals.
Adoption and development of best practices for Account penetration and development will be a big part of this role as we seek to further understand how to retain and grow our current customer base.
Results both financial and leverage are critical to the success of this role. Reliable forecasting and deal transparency as well as reference case development and roadmap inputs will form part of the measures of success for performance assessment.
Your Profile:
Must be disciplined to dedicate time to both high value Account Renewals as well as hunting New Business
Fluent in Local market language and English – additional languages are a plus
Exceptional comfort while speaking on the phone/ Video conference
Exceptional communication, listening and presentation skills
Persistent, optimistic & charismatic!
3+ years of Sales experience
1+ years of Event Industry experience
History of achieving retention and growth
