About the Role


You will focus on the creation and management of sustainable long-term distribution partnerships in France, through pro-active account management and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams (product, pricing, operations, legal, IT Teams) to grow our revenues.

Reporting to the Head of Sales France, you will work closely with a cross-functional team to deliver challenging business targets through existing distribution partnerships. You will bring extensive knowledge of the insurance market, regulatory environment, protection products and distribution landscape in France, the capability to act commercially on senior level and the willingness to go the extra mile to grow our revenues through existing partnerships.

You will manage existing distribution partnerships holistically from goal setting through to implementation of new products and / or distribution channels, including leading on commercial negotiations. You will co-ordinate, guide and manage cross-functional teams that span a wide range of disciplines to ensure success in building sustainable partnerships. Your ability to manage and engage colleagues across the organization to deliver results is essential.


As Senior Account Manager FR, you will concentrate on:


Strategic Management: Define our strategy per distribution partner (DP), assess DP's situation and develop and implement strategy with DP Relationship Management: manage relationship and grow, enable and coach the DP Run the business: manage goal setting process and negotiate targets with DP's, track KPI's for goal achievement and steer DP's through formal / informal meetings, manage and lead the cross-functional team and keep them updated through XF-meetings and CRM Business Development with existing Distribution Partners : Manage business- and strategic development of DP's, set up projects and respective measures to grow revenues per DP, track projects and actions on DP and iptiQ side Business Development with new Partners : Identify and initiate the relationship with new DP (Wholesale brokers, Distribution brokers, banks etc…) with the objective to grow IptIQ business in France and reach our local sales targets. Market Intelligence : Analyze the French Insurance Market Evolution to identify potential growth strategies for IptiQ France in term of Distribution Strategy


Requirements for This Senior Account Manager Role:


Sales and Account Management experience in the Insurance / Financial service industry Knowledge of the French Insurance/Financial service market Fluent in French and very good written / spoken English skills Dynamic, confident, resilient, and result oriented Your communication skills and your ability to negociate and persuade are key to be successful in this role. Excited at the prospect of working for an entrepreneurial structure and with international team
