The opportunity:

We are pleased to invite applicants to pioneer the future with key insurance ecosystem players. You will champion origination and delivery of Swiss Re's Solutions spanning a variety of fields including portfolio analytics, automotive & mobility, cyber, parametric and disaster resilience. With a cross-functional team of engaged professionals you will build Solution partnerships by up-selling and cross-selling to existing and acquiring new clients.


Combining a clear strategy with drive, persistence and cunning you contribute to one of our top priorities: delivering on Solutions and Services. You shall direct the local Solutions approach and realize it in close cooperation with a cross-functional team that includes colleagues in various areas of expertise. You use desk research, networking and creativity to uncover our clients' needs and connect them to a Solution we can offer and a convincing mutual business case. You skillfully navigate the negotiation, bring deals to closure and orchestrate successful project delivery.



Develop a sound sales strategy and direct focused execution


Act as key point of contact for clients to co-create solutions along the insurance value chain


Own client deals from origination through implementation to operation


Deliver to our clients in a deal team of professionals, including client and claims managers, underwriters, legal experts, and colleagues from our Central P&C Solutions team.



About you



A minimum of 5 years work experience, e.g., in insurance product development, innovation, sales, business development, underwriting, analytics or another related function in non-life (re)insurance or consultancy or sales for a tech vendor responsible for the non-life (re)insurance industry in France/WSE region


Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills: you inspire and empower others, coach effectively, promote team work and have established trust through transparent and concise communication


A network of key partners like product managers, underwriters, innovators and other decision makers in the French insurance industry


Preferably experience in working across various markets


Passion for handling large deals and projects and delivering in virtual teams with a can-do attitude


A fast learner who thrives in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment and is able to work effectively when faced with tight deadlines


Excellent command of English & French, preferably one additional language that is relevant in Western & Southern Europe


University degree or equivalent preferred
