Job Overview



TE Connectivity's Account Management Teams are responsible for selling TE's products, systems or services, providing detailed technical product information and maintaining relationships with customers in assigned geographic territory, industry or accounts.

As a Global Account Manager, you will work with direct 1-2 Industrial global end-customers (OEMs), Working closely with account managers and FAE’s around the world:



Defining and executing an Account Plan by customer
Driving Revenue targets / achieving year-on-year growth.
Opportunity Pipeline development and conversion.
Voice of the customer representation inside the organization
Price and contract negotiations with key customers.
Opportunity tracking using Salesforce.com
Developing strong relationships with key stakeholders (executive level relationships & key decision makers) at the customer through a strong Sales methodology, value proposition, and Extraordinary Customer Experience (ECE).
Acting as the leading point of contact for customers and stakeholders.
Customer Intelligence - Deep understanding of customer markets, market share, competitive landscape, opportunities / challenges, technologies, trends.
Developing and executing customer strategic account growth plans in line with our strategy and product roadmap. Ensuring revenue growth and account penetration


Office location will be 100% remote – based in France





What your background should look like:



+5 years’ Experience in a key account management role in an industrial environment
You have experience working with Global customers. 
Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize
Strong interpersonal & negotiating skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills 
Ability and willingness to travel as required.
Successful candidates will have a strong ability to work independently.
Outstanding networking, influencing, and listening skills
Customer Focus: Is dedicated to exceeding the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers; gets first-hand customer information and uses it for improvements in products and services; acts with customers in mind; establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect.
