Job Description


We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Enterprise Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the European market. As the Enterprise Sales Director for Europe, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong customer relationships across the region. With a focus on enterprise-level sales, you will lead a team of sales professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in enterprise sales, strong leadership skills, and extensive knowledge of the European market.



Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Europe in alignment with the company's overall sales objectives
Identify key market segments, target accounts, and sales opportunities to maximize revenue growth
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to drive strategic sales initiatives
Hire, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team capable of achieving revenue targets
Foster a collaborative and positive sales culture, encouraging teamwork, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement
Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing strategic guidance and demonstrating the value proposition of our products and services
Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to drive customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction

Qualifications



+7 years of progressive experience in enterprise sales, preferably within the technology or software industry
Degree in business information technology, applied computer science, economics or a comparable education in the IT field with relevant experience
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the European market supported by a strong and broad existing business network 
Strong leadership skills with experience in building and managing high-performing sales teams
Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, solution selling, and complex deal negotiations
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with key stakeholders
Strategic mindset, with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies
Experience working in a global or cross-cultural environment is highly desirable
Willingness to travel extensively within Europe as required
Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages are a plus
