Job Summary
The main focus of this role is the end-to-end business ownership of Commercial Growth Initiatives including development, execution, project management roles as well as being PoC for global initiatives mainly focusing on Cross Border Trade.
You will be developing and initiating Cross Border Trade strategy; conduct regular performance analysis and present back findings and insight and drive data driven solutions to senior management teams. Furthermore, this role should ensure all global and regional initiatives are operating fully aligned with CEMEA strategy and targets are measured in a transparent and digestable format
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will be the Regional owner of selected CBT initiatives, taking full responsibility for managing them as well as ensuring roadmap, milestones and KPI’s are met. This includes, in-depth regional assessment, identification of opportunities and creation of appropriate measures to exploit these opportunities. You will monitor progress of sub-initiatives and report to your manager on a regular basis.
You will be responsible for ensuring full transparency across all initiatives as part of the CEMEA strategy&priortiziation agenda, facilitating the alignment of targets and identifying resp. orchestrating any trade offs if required
Close collaboration and stakeholder management with many cross-functional units
Management of a virtual team and POC for any related topics with your initiatives
Build and maintain relationships with Global CBT, Regional MS and other teams
REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge of financial services, online products and market dynamics; understanding of the strategic and competitive position
Large scale project management experience with track record of effectively delivering large-scale and/or multiple projects at one time in very fast-moving environment
Demonstrated analytical skills; ability to develop strategy, business plans, customer and market insights, analyze campaign effectiveness/ROI
Strong financial analysis experience with ability to create complex business cases and drive scenario creation to support decision making
Ability to provide direction and prioritize team goals and workload
Ability to influence at all levels and work effectively across functions and geographies
Masters degree from a leading university or MBA
Background in consulting, investment banking, venture capital or multi decpelinery role (Growth, Strategy, Commercial/Business Development, Analytics) in a fast-paced organization
Identify, analyze and articulate key consumer and merchant trends in the region
10+ to 15 years experience
Seniority Level - Mid-Senior

Job Summary
Assess and plan treatment programs for patients relevant to physical dysfunction and implement by direct or delegated care as ordered by physician. Serve as a professional care provider, educator, consultant and coordinator.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Performs comprehensive patient evaluations, sets appropriate patient goals, and develops effective treatment plans. 2. Implements safe, functionally relevant, and effective treatment interventions. 3. Completes all patient documentation and enters charges for services provided. 4. Supervises the clinical aspects of care delegated to technical and supportive personnel. 5. Demonstrates effective interpersonal skills (written and verbal communication, ability to deal with difficult situations, etc.) 6. Works efficiently and effectively to achieve Department standard for productivity. 7. Participate in individual and staff development and expansion of services. 8. Follows all safety rules on the job. 9. Perform other job duties as assigned.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Have a minimum of 1 year experience but would consider a new grad who have demonstrated exceptional skills and experience during student clinical affiliations.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES AND REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED: Current licensure with the State Board of Physical Therapy Examiners. Current CPR Certification
