We are looking for a successful, experienced, customer-data and operations individual to join our France and Benelux Sales Operations team as a Sales Operations Specialist. You will work with the Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure proper quoting and documentation are adhered to while removing roadblocks for these
teams during the quoting and sales processes. The Sales Operations team is as well responsible to process orders, returns and training administration tasks. In addition, this role includes various tasks such as creating and providing reports. Sales Operations is as well a coordinating role making sure the Quote to cash process runs smoothly. The person fulfilling this role must be living in France and will work remotely.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Support the Sales and Customer Success teams, including in quote-creation, reporting, tool usage and
achieving scalability
Order processing, license provisioning follow-up of physical delivery managing returns etc.
Defect management
Training administration
Management of maintenance contracts and subscriptions (termination and contract changes)
Processing of technical support requests (intervention on license keys, such as license release, key
transformation)
Ensure quoting is done in an efficient and accurate manner while response SLAs are adhered to
Maintain and build reports to allow Sales access to key information in a timely manner
Review and correct records for accuracy so that reporting is correct
Work with various departments to ensure processes align to overall company goals
Prioritize and work independently and respond to requests in a timely manner
Perform various ad-hoc Sales Operations tasks
Skills & Qualifications:
French native, English fluent
Exceptional analytical skills and desire to dig in and understand the “why” and how we improve
Roll-up-your-sleeves approach with a willingness to take on "non-role-specific" duties as needed to support the
team and business
Strategic thinker with the ability to solve for solutions that work not only today, but for the longer term
Basic understanding needs of Accounting and how quotes translate to revenue
You possess a strong understanding of business and sales processes, and have a drive to make things more
efficient and repeatable.
Experience :
Minimum of 2-3 years in Sales Operations or Order processing/Data Entry required
Previous CRM database experience in either Salesforce.com or other similar program
Experience in working in collaboration with stakeholders from different teams
Experience building and working with pricing models a plus
Experience supporting multiple users with varying requirements
Basic understanding of software license types preferred
Experience driving successful business outcomes through operational excellence
