We are‌ ‌looking‌ ‌for‌ ‌a‌ ‌successful,‌ ‌experienced,‌ ‌customer-data‌ ‌and‌ ‌operations‌ ‌individual‌ ‌to‌ ‌join‌ ‌our‌ ‌France‌ ‌and‌ ‌ Benelux‌ ‌Sales‌ ‌Operations‌ ‌team‌ ‌as‌ ‌a‌ ‌Sales‌ ‌Operations‌ ‌Specialist.‌ ‌You‌ ‌will‌ ‌work‌ ‌with‌ ‌the‌ ‌Sales‌ ‌and‌ ‌Customer‌ ‌ Success‌ ‌teams‌ ‌to‌ ‌ensure‌ ‌proper‌ ‌quoting‌ ‌and‌ ‌documentation‌ ‌are‌ ‌adhered‌ ‌to‌ ‌while‌ ‌removing‌ ‌roadblocks‌ ‌for‌ ‌these‌ ‌

teams‌ ‌during‌ ‌the‌ ‌quoting‌ ‌and‌ ‌sales‌ ‌processes.‌ ‌The‌ ‌Sales‌ ‌Operations‌ ‌team‌ ‌is‌ ‌as‌ ‌well‌ ‌responsible‌ ‌to‌ ‌process‌ ‌orders,‌ ‌ returns‌ ‌and‌ ‌training‌ ‌administration‌ ‌tasks.‌ ‌In‌ ‌addition,‌ ‌this‌ ‌role‌ ‌includes‌ ‌various‌ ‌tasks‌ ‌such‌ ‌as‌ ‌creating‌ ‌and‌ ‌providing‌ ‌ reports.‌ ‌Sales‌ ‌Operations‌ ‌is‌ ‌as‌ ‌well‌ ‌a‌ ‌coordinating‌ ‌role‌ ‌making‌ ‌sure‌ ‌the‌ ‌Quote‌ ‌to‌ ‌cash‌ ‌process‌ ‌runs‌ ‌smoothly.‌ The person fulfilling this role must be living in France and will work remotely.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Support‌ ‌the‌ ‌Sales‌ ‌and‌ ‌Customer‌ ‌Success‌ ‌teams,‌ ‌including‌ ‌in‌ ‌quote-creation,‌ ‌reporting,‌ ‌tool‌ ‌usage‌ ‌and‌ ‌

achieving‌ ‌scalability‌ ‌

Order‌ ‌processing,‌ ‌license‌ ‌provisioning‌ ‌follow-up‌ ‌of‌ ‌physical‌ ‌delivery‌ ‌managing‌ ‌returns‌ ‌etc.‌ ‌

Defect‌ ‌management‌ ‌

Training‌ ‌administration‌ ‌

Management‌ ‌of‌ ‌maintenance‌ ‌contracts‌ ‌and‌ ‌subscriptions‌ ‌(termination‌ ‌and‌ ‌contract‌ ‌changes)‌ ‌

Processing‌ ‌of‌ ‌technical‌ ‌support‌ ‌requests‌ ‌(intervention‌ ‌on‌ ‌license‌ ‌keys,‌ ‌such‌ ‌as‌ ‌license‌ ‌release,‌ ‌key‌ ‌

transformation)‌ ‌

Ensure‌ ‌quoting‌ ‌is‌ ‌done‌ ‌in‌ ‌an‌ ‌efficient‌ ‌and‌ ‌accurate‌ ‌manner‌ ‌while‌ ‌response‌ ‌SLAs‌ ‌are‌ ‌adhered‌ ‌to‌ ‌

Maintain‌ ‌and‌ ‌build‌ ‌reports‌ ‌to‌ ‌allow‌ ‌Sales‌ ‌access‌ ‌to‌ ‌key‌ ‌information‌ ‌in‌ ‌a‌ ‌timely‌ ‌manner‌ ‌

Review‌ ‌and‌ ‌correct‌ ‌records‌ ‌for‌ ‌accuracy‌ ‌so‌ ‌that‌ ‌reporting‌ ‌is‌ ‌correct‌ ‌

Work‌ ‌with‌ ‌various‌ ‌departments‌ ‌to‌ ‌ensure‌ ‌processes‌ ‌align‌ ‌to‌ ‌overall‌ ‌company‌ ‌goals‌ ‌

Prioritize‌ ‌and‌ ‌work‌ ‌independently‌ ‌and‌ ‌respond‌ ‌to‌ ‌requests‌ ‌in‌ ‌a‌ ‌timely‌ ‌manner‌ ‌

Perform‌ ‌various‌ ‌ad-hoc‌ ‌Sales‌ ‌Operations‌ ‌tasks‌ ‌

Skills & Qualifications‌:

French‌ ‌native,‌ ‌English‌ ‌fluent‌ ‌ ‌

Exceptional‌ ‌analytical‌ ‌skills‌ ‌and‌ ‌desire‌ ‌to‌ ‌dig‌ ‌in‌ ‌and‌ ‌understand‌ ‌the‌ ‌“why”‌ ‌and‌ ‌how‌ ‌we‌ ‌improve‌ ‌

You‌ ‌possess‌ ‌a‌ ‌strong‌ ‌understanding‌ ‌of‌ ‌business‌ ‌and‌ ‌sales‌ ‌processes,‌ ‌and‌ ‌have‌ ‌a‌ ‌drive‌ ‌to‌ ‌make‌ ‌things‌ ‌more‌ ‌

efficient‌ ‌and‌ ‌repeatable.‌ ‌ ‌

Experience : ‌

Minimum‌ ‌of‌ ‌2-3‌ ‌years‌ ‌in‌ ‌Sales‌ ‌Operations‌ ‌or‌ ‌Order‌ ‌processing/Data‌ ‌Entry‌ ‌required‌ ‌

Previous‌ ‌CRM‌ ‌database‌ ‌experience‌ ‌in‌ ‌either‌ ‌Salesforce.com‌ ‌or‌ ‌other‌ ‌similar‌ ‌program‌ ‌

Experience‌ ‌in‌ ‌working‌ ‌in‌ ‌collaboration‌ ‌with‌ ‌stakeholders‌ ‌from‌ ‌different‌ ‌teams‌ ‌

Experience‌ ‌building‌ ‌and‌ ‌working‌ ‌with‌ ‌pricing‌ ‌models‌ ‌a‌ ‌plus‌ ‌

Experience‌ ‌supporting‌ ‌multiple‌ ‌users‌ ‌with‌ ‌varying‌ ‌requirements‌ ‌

Basic‌ ‌understanding‌ ‌of‌ ‌software‌ ‌license‌ ‌types‌ ‌preferred‌ ‌

Experience‌ ‌driving‌ ‌successful‌ ‌business‌ ‌outcomes‌ ‌through‌ ‌operational‌ ‌excellence‌ ‌ ‌
