About the role:
How you will be achieving your goals in this role is up to you. Feel free to choose the right tools from your problem solving and consultation tool kit. You are no stranger to MEDDPICC and MEDDIC frameworks, though.
In the end, what you will have succeeded in, as an Account Executive, is to grow our customer base and MRR, within a certain territory. Your engaging style of communication helps you onboard clients and present/interact with them efficiently.
For us, it is really important that you are able to communicate fluent in French and English (verbally and written). We want to set you (and ourselves) up for success.
Your responsibilities:
Develop and nurture relationships within accounts in your territory Lead a mid-market engagement process that is based on MEDDPICC (MEDDIC) and champion based selling to mid market organisations. Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by driving new opportunities and selling mid market Platform solutions that align with the customer’s product needs and business priorities. Generate short-term results whilst maintaining a long-term perspective to improve overall revenue generation Partner with Sales Development, Solution Engineering and Customer Success assigned to your territory to prioritize opportunities and apply appropriate resources Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals on a quarterly basis Track all opportunity and customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in SalesforceYour profile:
Experience selling to VP and C level executives 5+ years of software selling experience; SaaS experience preferred but not needed Knowledge of digital marketing or natural interest Track record of success selling into mid market companies Consistently deliver on quarterly and annual quotas Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles from prospecting to signing by using solution selling techniques Validated quota achiever (top 10% in your company) Strong interpersonal and presentation skills Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in French and English. Team-selling experience a plus Willingness to travel Fluent in French & EnglishWhat we offer:
