SCOPE OF ROLE:

The Senior Manager of EMEA Channel Sales Operations is responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the assigned Channel Sales Team, working in partnership and close alignment with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the appropriate objectives and priorities are enabled within the assigned Channel Sales Team. This position is responsible to drive success within the Channel Sales Team, enabling global process and methodologies to ensure sales results are maximized. This position offers insight and drives innovation to the broader business, drives simplification across the business processes and assistance in the development and execution of key strategies for sustained growth.

This role reports to the Global Channel Operations leader and is a business partner to the EMEA Channel Sales leader, supporting the organizational design & operational model as delivered by to Global Channel Operations leader.

The Senior Manager Channel Sales Operations role provides leadership to leverage a cross functional model which focuses on operational excellence, supporting the channel business in EMEA through the application of right skills for a task, efficient resourcing, governance, profitability and cost optimization criteria.

This person must have the ability to work effectively in a fast-changing, fast-paced and demanding environment and understand the ability to articulate the programs, the value they bring to the process and offer the operational support required.

This role executes functions which are essential to achieving results. These include:

FY Planning Quota setting and management Sales process optimization, Sales Enablement, Sales program implementation

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Analyze the performance of the assigned Channel Sales Team throughout the sales process to identify areas of concern and best practices. Use this analysis to provide feedback and areas of focus to improve performance Develop key metrics to be communicated across the Channel Sales Team, in addition to leadership who provide insights into the sales process and effectiveness of the sales organization Partner with channel sales leadership to refine messaging focus throughout the sales cycle to differentiate our products from the competition Execute sales enablement in the region and demonstrate quantifiable results (pipeline) Coach and mentor channel sales leaders through the rollout of new programs and initiatives to ensure successful rollout and adherence to programs Coordinate with Sales Operations on assigned Channel Sales Team forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the organization Ensuring the highest levels of data quality and adherence to data standards and standard process Channel Sales Team quota assignments Proactively identifies opportunities for process improvements Implements enabling technologies to Channel Sales Team. Measures compliance with required standards for maintaining CRM data Working closely with Finance and Human Resources, provide assistance with sales incentive compensation administration on an as-needed basis, or when required to arbitrate or clarify the application of sales compensation program policies and procedures. Directs and supports the consistent implementation of company initiatives; Builds peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key management personnel.
