Sales / Med /Sales Region France
You will be part of the Sales Department at Vestas France, working with a team of 10 to 15 persons, and you will work in close collaboration and under the supervision of the Sales Forecast Lead Specialist.

Responsibilities

Your main missions will be: Collect and consolidate the needs of Sales Managers in terms of creation and maintenance of a portfolio of projects. Create projects / opportunities, maintain them and update them, in order to have reliable projections (tools: Excel, SAP, C4C). Create initial Precalcs. Check the "data-quality" of projects in the portfolio, and ensure reporting for the monthly Data Quality Group report. Extract reporting material, and be able to detect inconsistencies and take corrective actions. Maintain a project portfolio that is always up to date to ensure a “live” budget in good harmony with market developments and internal changes. Maintain internal information tools (Excel format). Anticipate and request transport budgets, ensure their follow-up until receipt of the budget, consolidate the history of this budgetary data in reporting. Essentially , create requests to update the production schedule.

Qualifications

BAC + 2/3 BTS or Bachelor (such as Accounting / Management, Business Unit Management, Executive Assistant). A first experience in a similar position is requested.

Competencies

A good level of written English is essential. Versatility, Rigor, Precision, capacity for analysis and synthesis. Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and if possible C4C. Team spirit.
