Department
The Service department, in charge of commercial management (contract negotiation, billing) and preventive and curative maintenance of Vestas turbines installed in France, is looking for a Service Sales Engineer who will intervene within the Customer Support unit to negociate the maintenance contracts and to ensure coordination between the Sales and Maintenance teams, with the main goal of ensuring the satisfaction of our customers.

Responsibilities
You will be part of a team of 16 people located within both our offices in Pérols (34) and Paris La Défense (92), and you will have the following responsibilities:

Develop the portfolio of dedicated clients, as well as developing relationships by actively participating in customer satisfaction Define, verify and negotiate maintenance contracts in support of the sales department Negotiate and renew maintenance contracts Promote and sell additional parts and services needed for maintenance Build and value offers in order to optimize the financial performance of maintenance contracts Ensure inter-departmental coordination within the Vestas Group in order to solve customer issues Participate in the interaction between maintenance, logistics, technology, construction and sales teams Grow Vestas market share versus our competitor’s Respect and enforce the Group's quality and security standards

Qualifications

Industrial Engineer Diploma or Business School Proficient in English Pack Office Mastery Experience in wind/renewable energy desired and / or in accounts receivable management Strong commercials skills Dynamic, flexible, autonomous, results-oriented, current, willing to travel for work
