Vestiaire Collective is looking for an analytical and technically skilled Commercial Planning and Strategy Senior Analyst to join our B2C team based in Paris.

About the role

This role is key to ensure the success of our sellers within Vestiaire Collective. Thanks to your strong business mindset, They will be responsible for driving forward global strategic projects along with key business stakeholders. You should have excellent project management and data analytics skills, show great attention to detail, the ability to use BI / data visualization tools and a passion for making data clear and available for the business. You should also be able to make recommendations on additional KPIs to monitor, new reporting formats to implement and projects to improve performance.

What you'll do

Manage the coordination and planning of the B2C business case for all regions Drive complex analysis to help build a strategy answering our ambitious growth targets Build and analyze key metrics to monitor business performance and analyze underlying effects Build detailed understanding of our seller lifecycle in order to build and optimize our seller management process (leads, incubation, vendor performance and key account) Lead cross-functional projects to enhance business performance and drive growth in your unit Who you are

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance or any related field; 3+ years in project management/ top tier consulting experience highly preferred; Experience in ecommerce/marketplace is a plus; Experience using SQL and databases, BI / Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus; Target and performance driven; Detail-oriented, able to timely execute and manage projects; You are autonomous and a self-starter when it comes to accomplishing team and company goals, you can wear multiple hats; You have a strong business acumen and understand the importance of delivering values to end-users; Fluent in English Next steps
