As a Sales Manager RTPE, your main missions will be to :


For Tenders and commercial process



Analyze the requests for quote received from Sales teams
Carry out GO/ NO GO reviews, define tendering priorities in line with the guidelines of the PD&G strategy.
Define, in line with the product marketing policy and Product manager, the product to propose
Coordinate and validate the rationality of multi-site (onshore / offshore) proposals
Coordinate with Tender and Bid manager the preparation of tender proposals and offers to customers:
Improve the competitiveness of our offers through technical challenges, cost analysis and risk assessment
Ensure of the relevance and compliance of our offers vs Customer specifications, assess contractual risks and mitigation plan
Provide technical/commercial support to local Sales teams prior to and throughout the tendering process.
Internal support for preparation of the offers, propose winning strategy (target price, key success factors and competition intelligence, partnerships ….)
Obtain approval of the Tender Package (Tender Review) and mandate for commercial negotiation from the PL, Business Group and Transit management teams
External support towards our customers and lead negotiations

For Business Development



Gather information on future opportunities, market size, accessible market and business
Ensure accuracy of CRM information
Establish relationship with end customers, customers, design consultants and authorities in order to promote our products or product features very much ahead of the release of tenders - lobbying activities with business stakeholders
Coach and mentor sales managers from other regions to support the business development strategy for the Product Line
Coordinate participation to exhibitions and events, customer meetings

For Marketing



Provide inputs about competitiveness of the company and of our products vs our competition, support product / innovation and technological watch
Provide inputs and support the Product Line R&D governance and plans
Contribute to the marketing short / medium / long term product strategy – monitoring adequation of product catalog with business needs
Support the quarterly update of marketing plan with regional sales managers and marketing team
Support the yearly preparation of the Strategic Plan
