As a WALLIX Partner Sales Representative (PSR) Team Leader your passion is coaching and developing others. You aim to motivate and inspire your team members and have excellent interpersonal skills. You are looking to advance your leadership and communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
In other words :
• Accomplish and exceed individual sales goals
• Leadership and Team Management:
o Provide strong leadership to a team of PSR, motivating and guiding them towards to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
o Provide yous help and experience to PSR Team into closing negotiation
o Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and one-on-one coaching sessions to enhance individual and team performance
• Client Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and challenges to position our Cybersecurity solutions. Conduct presentations and engage in consultative discussions with potential clients to showcase the value of our Solutions
• Process Optimization:
o Streamline the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to best practices. Develop and implement effective sales methodologies to enhance conversion rates.
• Sales Strategy and Planning:
o Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and plans that align with the company's overall business objectives.
• Sales Performance Tracking and Reporting:
o Monitor individual and team sales performance against targets and KPIs, providing timely feedback and implementing corrective actions when necessary. Generate regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Product Knowledge and Market Insights:
o Maintain a deep understanding of our Cybersecurity solutions.
• Experience managing an outbound, full sales cycle team in a high velocity inside sales organization
• Understanding of the sales cycles and KPIs for a SaaS model (background in Cybersecurity is a big plus)
• Strong ability to coach and train junior sales teams, with a passion for strengthening and developing your sales team’s skills
• Ability to run reports and analyze data to identify trends and make informed decisions (preferably with Salesforce)
• Willingness to work in a hybrid working environment on a weekly basis
• An enthusiastic, high-energy attitude with a can-do mentality!
