To have a look on our products and services, feel free to visit our websites: , & , we are looking for a Europe Finance Controller to join our dynamic team and support our growth and digitalization transition on Europe!Based in Le Cheylas, Isère (38) / France and attached to the EMEIA Financial Direction, you will support our digital CONNECT project and ERP transformation, liaising with European Sales offices.RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION· ERP implementation support during CONNECT transition.· Finance process development back up: coordinate with the subsidies on finance process, support the planning of project agreeing priorities to guarantee maximum performance and minimum delay, determine the resources needed to meet the demand, consolidate information and prepare and submit status and reports.· Managing project deployment schedules and supporting local management.· Validation of local functionalities with local functional leaders.· Assistance to country lead (finance and controlling) in validation of data for migrations and other migration activities.· Prepares data, reports, statistics and other documents.· Reporting of the activities to the General Managers and Region Level.WHAT IS THE POSITION REQUIRING ? In this role, you will support the activity of the sales entities in very close coordination with the relevant teams, considering the volumes, pricing and costs.You understand the need for controlling working capital and contribute to its improvement.You will ensure right delivering of monthly reporting and raise accounting information from local firms through Hyperion software. You will work on simplifying fixed cost forecasts after assessing risks and opportunities. You will be close support of process of inventory.Solution oriented, you decide to set up corrective actions in exchange with General Managers and the EMEIA Finance Manager.You pay great attention to internal control charter for sales and production.You are planning the cash need for the next 3 months. You are in charge of the annual budget process and the financial objectives to be achieved.SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS :· Master's degree in business school or engineering, with at least 3 years of professional experience in controlling or external audit.· Very good English level - both oral and written. French, Italian or German languages would be a plus appreciated.· The knowledge of INFOR and Cognos is another undeniable asset, not to mention Excel's expertise.· You have already overseen the controlling of foreign subsidiaries.· You are an expert in P&L construction and understand the issues related to working capital.· You like to discuss with Salespeople.· You are an independent person with great communication skills.· You show tenacity, rigor and critical mind.
